Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The stunning views from the floating lodge were a highlight, especially being surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife. However, the service left a lot to be desired, particularly at check-in. The food and rooms were acceptable, but some aspects felt outdated and in need of improvement. Overall, while the location and views are excellent, the experience was marred by poor service and facilities that need an upgrade.
The resort offers a breathtaking view over the lake and a unique experience with its floating accommodation. The staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. However, the safety features on the gangways could be improved to better accommodate older guests. Additionally, while the food quality is acceptable, the limited variety can be a downside for longer stays.
My stay at Pae Panwari Resort was a mixed experience. The stunning views and charming floating bungalows at Cheow Lan Lake were highlights of the trip. However, my arrival and interactions with the staff left much to be desired, especially considering the high expectations set by the pricing. Although the food was exceptional and the overall atmosphere was inviting, there are definitely aspects that could be improved to elevate the experience.
Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the boat trips to the resort created a lovely adventure. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and cleanliness, and the dining experience was quite lackluster with repetitive meals. Overall, the experience was memorable, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
The lodge is set in a breathtaking location right on a lake in Khao Sok National Park, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. While the rooms are basic and quite compact, the authentic Thai food was a delightful surprise. However, the service left something to be desired, which affected the overall experience. It’s worth noting that the lack of staff English speaking skills hindered communication during our stay, and the cleanliness issue with the bathroom candle was a downside. Overall, a beautiful setting, but I’d recommend keeping the stay short.
